Case TapTone II
Case Tracker
Case systems provide 100%, non-contact inspection of containers inside sealed cases. They offer an effective method for inspecting products after incubation or warehoused products prior to shipment. This system is able to check up to 200 cases per minute.
Providing all the features of our single-file, on-line systems, Case versions use multiple inspection heads to inspect every container in a case. If a reject is detected, the entire case can be removed from the line, or the location of the reject can be marked on top of the box by using an optional spray marker system and the case can be diverted for rework. Reject levels are set by the user.
